摘  要:面对日益严峻的网络安全威胁,作为国民经济重要信息基础设施的电力监控系统,其网络安全管理受到广泛关注,应纳入安全生产日常管理体系。该文基于东北电网的生产实践,设计并实现了一套有别于通用网络安全系统的电力监控系统网络安全管理平台,构建了"以可信计算技术为基础,以安全可控防护为目标,以安全免疫实现为特征"的主动防御体系,并取得了良好的应用效果。In the face of increasingly serious network security threats, as a pivotal information infrastructure of national economy, the network security management of power monitoring and control system has attracted extensive attention, and it should be incorporated into the daily production safety management system. Based on the production practice of Northeast Power Grid, this paper designs and realizes a network security management platform of power monitoring system, which is different from the general network security system, and constructs an active defense system which is "Based on trusted computing technology, aimed at safe and controllable protection and characterized by the realization of security and immunity", and achieves good application results.
