摘  要:该文提出一种基于光栅衍射原理测量液体折射率的方法,激光经过分光系统分成2个平行的光路,垂直入射光栅,经过光栅衍射后,使两光路的一级衍射光线分别经过待测液体和空气,在接收光屏上显示。通过螺旋测微计平移台测量出两光路一级衍射点的水平偏移量,由已知的激光波长、光栅常数和水槽的内宽度计算出待测液体的折射率。A method of measuring liquid refractive index based on grating diffraction principle is proposed. The laser beam is divided into two parallel paths through the spectroscope and the reflector,and is incident perpendicularly to the grating. After the grating diffraction, the first-order diffraction rays of the two optical paths are respectively passed through the liquid to be measured and air,and is displayed on the receiving optical screen. The horizontal offset of the first-order diffraction spots of the two optical paths is measured by a spiral micrometer spiral micrometer translation table, and the refractive index of the liquid to be tested can be calculated from the known laser wavelength, grating constant and inner width of the water tank.
