摘　　要：收集权威文献以确定中低技术产业概念和创新要素来源,建构博弈逻辑起点;由此,形式化高技术和中低技术企业的技术差异为博弈位置,构建技术博弈模型,进行均衡分析,刻画博弈策略特征。并收集经典和热点企业竞争案例,进行研究结论的验证。研究表明具有技术差异的企业因博弈结构的不同位置,高技术企业具有自主邀请和主动扩大竞争性行为,中低技术企业实施跟从策略,共同构成合作竞争局面。This paper collects authoritative literature to identify low-medium-tech industry concepts and sources of innovation factors,and construct a logical starting-point of the game;Thus,the technical difference between high-tech and low-medium-tech enterprises is formalized as the game position.It constructs a technical game model,performs equilibrium analysis,and characterizes game strategy.And it collect classic and hot enterprise competition cases,and verify the conclusions of the research.Studies have shown that enterprises with technical differences behave differently depending on the location of the game structure.High-tech enterprises have the initiative to invite and actively expand competitive behavior,Low-medium-tech enterprises implement follow-up strategies,They commonly constitute a cooperative competition.
