摘  要:以沉降体积比和流动性为考察指标,经单因素试验筛选内容物基质、固液比和助悬剂的合理研究范围。以综合评分为响应值,用响应面分析法确定钙软胶囊内容物的配方。结果表明,优化后的各项参数为:内容物以58%熔点5℃棕榈油和42%(w/w)大豆油为基质,碳酸钙粉(400目)和基质质量比2:1(g/g),助悬剂蜂蜡加入量为基质的3%(w/w)。在优化后的条件下得到内容物的综合评分为98.51分(n=3)。所得软胶囊内容物稳定,流动性好,适于工业化生产。Single factor experiments were designed to select the content matrix,the ratio of solid to liquid and the suspending agent,by using sedimentation volume ratio and fluidity as indicators.With the comprehensive score as the response value,the prescription of the content in the calcium soft capsule was determined following the response surface methodology(RSM).The results showed that the optimized parameters of 58%5℃palm oil and 42%(w/w)soybean oil were used as a matrix.The ratio of the calcium powder(400 mesh)to the oil was 21(g/g),and the amount of suspended beeswax accounted for 3%(w/w)of the matrix.Under the optimized condition,the comprehensive score of content was 98.51(n=3).The contents of the obtained soft capsule were stable with high fluidity,while the end-shaping process was suitable for industrialization.
