摘  要:轴流转桨式水轮机存在的导叶和桨叶的协联关系,对机组出力效率、摆动、振动等数据至关重要。本文从机组在不同工况下、不同水头下,导叶和桨叶两者的配合关系入手,说明了导叶和桨叶协联关系的实现方法及其配合关系的要点,总结了多个大型轴流转桨机组调试和控制改进的实际经验,提出了该类型机组在运行、维护、优化等方面的改进方法和意见。希望能为今后大型轴流转桨式机组在协联关系优化、调速器控制方式改进、防抬机措施等方面提供借鉴。Association relationship between guide vanes and blades in axial-flow rotary-propeller water turbine is essential for efficiency,oscillation and vibration of units.This paper started with association relationship between guide vanes and blades under different working condition and different faucet,illustrated the points of realization and cooperation of guide vanes and blades,concluded experience of debugging and improvement controlling in several large axial-flow rotary-propeller units,brought up suggestion of improve method and advice in areas including running,preserving and promoting of such kind of units.We hope to provide a reference for areas including improving association relationship,improving governor control mode and anti-hoist measures.
