摘　　要：地方应用型高校是支撑和服务国家创新驱动发展战略的中坚力量。建成特色鲜明的地方高水平应用型大学是地方高校的战略目标。地方应用型大学要精准寻位,定“根”在地方,定“位”在应用,着力提高招生吸引力、毕业生竞争力、资源获取力、知识生产力,面向未来、守正创新,培养实践型、应用型、复合型和创业型人才。Local application-oriented colleges and universities are the backbone of supporting and serving the national innovation driven development strategy.It is the strategic goal of local colleges and universities to build local high-level application-oriented colleges and universities with distinctive characteristics.Local application-oriented colleges and universities should accurately seek the position,fix the“root”in the local,fix the“position”in the application,focus on improving enrollment attraction,graduates’competitiveness,resource acquisition ability,knowledge productivity,face the future,keep innovation,and cultivate practical,applied,compound and entrepreneurial talents.
