摘　　要：目的探索研究国产医疗设备在基层医院多维度定向示范与应用的策略。方法首先对国产医疗设备在医疗机构配置现状进行调查和统计,然后分析研究国产医疗设备在基层医院配置应用的障碍因素,最后探索研究国产医疗设备在基层医院示范应用的推广策略。结果通过推行扶持政策、推进医企合作、加快分级诊疗体系建设、加强预算支出、实行医联体、成立区域诊疗中心、构建示范应用试点、搭建评价平台等策略改变基层医院中高端医疗设备进口占有率高而国产医疗设备占有率微乎其微的现状。结论探索研究多维度定向推广国产医疗设备在基层医院示范与应用的策略可以提升基层医院对国产设备的知信度,推动国产医疗设备创新与发展,促进实现国产医疗设备和我国医疗事业共生融合的新业态。Objective To explore the strategy of multi-dimensional directional demonstration and application of domestic medical equipment in primary hospitals.Methods Firstly,the allocation status of domestic medical equipment in medical institutions was investigated and analyzed.Then,the obstacle factors of domestic equipment configuration and application in primary hospitals were analyzed.Finally,the promotion strategies of demonstration application of domestic medical equipment in primary hospitals were explored.Results The status quo that the import share of high-end medical equipment in primary hospitals was high while the share of domestic medical equipment was negligible could be changed by multiple strategies.These strategies included implementing supportive policies,promoting cooperation between hospitals and enterprises,quickening the construction of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system,strengthening budget expenditure,implementing medical consortium,setting up regional diagnosis and treatment centers,building demonstration application pilot projects,and building evaluation platforms.Conclusion Exploring and studying the strategy of multi-dimensional directional promotion of domestic medical equipment demonstration and application in primary hospitals could improve the knowledge and reliability of domestic medical equipment in primary hospitals,promote the innovation and development of domestic medical equipment,and promote the realization of the new business form of symbiosis and integration of domestic medical equipment and China’s medical cause.
