摘　　要：目的应用排队论M/M/C模型分析研究门诊医技排程与医疗设备配置的统筹优化,为管理决策提供参考依据。方法以我院MR在2019年诊疗检查运行情况为例,应用M/M/C模型建立MR运行的医技排程与设备配置的量化关系,统筹研究两者的优化方案。结果科学精准地得到了理想状态和条件限制下的MR门诊医技排程与医疗设备配置的优化方案。结论借助M/M/C模型可以科学精准的统筹优化门诊医技排程与医疗设备配置,为医技排程统筹管理、设备配置合理优化以及诊疗服务满意提升提供决策参考。Objective To analyze and study the overall optimization of outpatient medical technology schedule and medical equipment configuration by the M/M/C model of queuing theory,so as to provide reference for management decision-making.Methods Taking the operation of MR diagnosis and treatment in 2019 as an example,the quantitative relationship between medical technology scheduling and equipment configuration of MR operation was established using M/M/C model,and the optimization scheme of both was studied as a whole.Results The optimization scheme of medical technology schedule and medical equipment configuration in MR clinic under ideal condition and limited condition had been obtained scientifically and accurately.Conclusion Outpatient medical technology scheduling and medical equipment configuration could be scientifically and accurately optimized by the M/M/C model,providing decision-making reference for overall management of medical technology scheduling,reasonable optimization of equipment configuration and improvement of medical service satisfaction.
