摘　　要：八乐梦CA-38G多功能监护床是本院使用较多的一种ICU监护床,该产品安全可靠,可切实满足临床使用。本文介绍了其在工作中出现较为典型的两例故障,故障一是由继电器故障引起的电机无法正常工作;故障二为电源控制板异常导致设备无法正常使用,文章通过故障现象判断、分析故障原因,逐步剖析,通过更换新的该电机继电器、稳压二极管,最终成功修复故障。同时引出监护床平时维护保养的重要性,以及通过快速排除故障为医院的正常运行提供保障。PARAMOUNT CA-38 G multi-functional monitoring bed is a kind of ICU monitoring bed widely used in our hospital.The equipment is safe and reliable,and can effectively meet the using requirement of clinical.Two typical fault maintenance cases were introduced by this paper.The first one is motor failure due to relay failure.And the second one is the equipment can’t be used normally which caused by fault power control board.Through observing the fault phenomenon and analyzing the reason step by step.Finally,by replacing the new motor relay,zener diode,the failures were finally repaired successfully.It also leads to the importance of the usual maintenance of the monitoring bed and provides a guarantee for the normal operation of the hospital through rapid troubleshooting.
