摘　　要：根据我院故障数据统计,D3除颤仪临床故障主要集中在前壳模块、多参数模块和电源模块,故障临床主要表现为无法开机、无法充放电、黑屏无显示、无心电波形,此四类故障发生率约占故障总量的64%。故障的快速排查与解决不仅能保障设备的完好率,也可以降低临床使用成本,同时确保临床使用安全。According to the statistics of the fault data of our hospital,the clinical failures of D3 defibrillator were mainly concentrated in the front shell module,multi-parameter module and power module.The main clinical manifestations of failures were failure to boot,failure to charge and discharge,no display on black screen,and no ECG waveform,which these four types accounted for about 64%of total failures.Rapid troubleshooting and maintenance can not only ensure the intact rate of defibrillator,but also reduce maintenance costs,while effectively ensuring the safety of equipment.
