摘 要:采用边长为10 mm的三角形柔性和刚性旋涡发生器,安装在二维NACA0018翼型上翼面前缘不同弦长处,用于控制翼型前缘分离流动.实验在低速直流式风洞中进行,以翼型弦长为特征长度的Reynolds数Re=1.1×10^5,采用单丝热线风速仪测量尾流速度剖面.分别研究柔性和刚性两种材料的三角形旋涡发生器对翼型前缘分离的控制效果.实验结果表明,与刚性旋涡发生器相比,柔性旋涡发生器利用来流能量实现自适应控制,使剪切层下移,从而明显抑制前缘分离.The triangular flexible and rigid vortex generators with a side length of 10 mm were installed at different chord lengths on the leading edge of the upper wing of the two-dimensional NACA0018 airfoil to control the separation of the leading edge of the airfoil.The experiment was carried out in a low-speed DC wind tunnel.Its Reynolds number was Re=1.1×10^5 with airfoil chord length as the characteristic length.A monofilament hot wire anemometer was used to measure the wake velocity profile.The control effects of the triangular flexible and rigid vortex generators on the separation of the leading edge of the airfoil were studied respectively.Experimental results show that,compared with rigid vortex generators,flexible vortex generators use the incoming flow energy to achieve adaptive control and move the shear layer down,thereby significantly suppressing leading edge separation.
