摘　　要：目的探讨血栓前状态与流产的关系。方法选择2019年1月~12月就诊于我院的100例不明原因流产患者为观察组,同期健康体检的100例健康者为对照组。测定凝血时间(aPTT,PT,TT)纤维蛋白原(Fbg)、D二聚体(D-D)、血小板计数与聚集率。比较其测定结果。结果与对照组相比:观察组凝血时间(aPTT,PT,TT)缩短(P<0.05),纤维蛋白原(Fbg)、D二聚体(D-D)升高(P<0.05)、血小板计数与聚集率上调(P<0.05)。结论不明原因流产患者血凝检查均显示血栓前状态,采取预防性治疗措施改善上述指标水平,可能改善妊娠结局。Objective To explore the relationship between prethrombosis and miscarriage.Methods 100 patients with unexplained abortion sat in our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as the observation group,and 100 healthy patients in the same period of health check-ups were selected as control groups.The blood clotting time(aPTT,PT,TT)fibrinogen(Fbg),D-dimer(D-D),platelet count and aggregation rate were determined.Compare its measurement results.Results Compared to the control group:shorter blood clotting time(aPTT,PT,TT),increase in fibrinogen(Fbg),D-dimer(D-D),platelet count and aggregation rate(P<0.05).Conclusion Blood clotting tests in patients with unexplained abortionshowed prethrombosis,and preventive treatment measures were taken to improve the above-mentioned level,which may improve pregnancy outcomes.
