摘 要:目的探究胚后发育50日龄内滑鼠蛇(Ptyas mucosus)关键生活史阶段消化道生长抑素(Somatostatin,SS)细胞形态和分布密度的变化。方法用ABC免疫组化法鉴别和定位50日龄内6个发育阶段消化道不同部位的SS细胞。结果SS细胞形态多样,散在或聚群分布于黏膜层或腺上皮细胞之间。除40日龄组外,3、7~10、20、30和50日龄组的分布密度胃底或幽门最高,十二指肠、食道或空肠最低;食道40日龄组高于20和30日龄组,十二指肠40、50日龄组显著高于3、7~10日龄组,胃底、空肠和直肠分别在20、20和50、30、40和50日龄组最高,均在3日龄组最低,贲门、幽门和回肠无日龄差异。结论滑鼠蛇消化道SS细胞见于胚后发育早期,形态多样,分布密度多变,这可能与其平衡胃肠激素含量和保护肠道细胞的功能有关。Objective To explore the variations of morphology and distributive density of somatostatin(SS)cells in the digestive tract of Ptyas mucosus in the key life history stages within 50-day post-embryonic development.Methods Avidin-biotin-peroxidase complex immunohistochemical method was used to identify and localize SS cells in different portions along the digestive tract of Ptyas mucosus in 6 stages within 50-day post-embryonic development.Results The SS cells showed various morphologies,scattering or aggregating among epithelial cells of mucous layers or glandular epithelial cells.Distributive density of SS cells reached the highest values in the stomach or pylorus,and the lowest in the duodenum,esophagus or jejunum in the 3,7~10,20,30 and 50-day-old groups,but no significant segmental differences were found in the 40-day-old group.In the esophagus,distributive density of SS cells was significantly higher in the 40 day age group than that in 20 and 30-day-old groups;In the duodenum,it was significantly higher in the 40 and 50 day age groups than that of 3 and 7~10-day-old groups;it reached the highest values in the stomach,jejunum,and rectum in the 20,20 and 50,30,40 and 50-day-old groups,respectively,while the lowest in the 3 day age group for these segments.No significant day age differences were observed for the segments of cardia,pylorus and ileum.Conclusion SS cells appeared early during post-embryonic development with various morphologies and distributive density,suggesting that SS may be involved in the functions of balancing gastrointestinal hormone concentrations and protecting enterocytes in Ptyas mucosus.
