集束化策略预防新生儿腹部手术中低体温的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨集束化干预策略对新生儿腹部手术中低体温的预防效果。方法选取2019年1月至12月在中南大学湘雅医院行腹部手术的新生儿71例作为观察组;选取2018年1月至12月在中南大学湘雅医院行腹部手术的新生儿66例作为作为对照组。观察组给予低体温集束化干预措施,对照组给予新生儿手术中预防低体温的常规措施,比较两组新生儿术前、手术开始、术中、手术结束时体温,出血量,术后苏醒期寒颤、低氧血症、心率增快、切口感染的发生率以及住院周期。结果观察组手术开始、术中、手术结束时体温均高于对照组(P<0.05),术中出血量,术后苏醒期寒颤、低氧血症及心率加快发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),住院周期短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论低体温集束化干预策略在新生儿腹部手术中的应用,能有效降低围手术期低体温发生,减少相关并发症的发生,缩短住院周期,值得临床推广。【Objective】 To investigate the preventive effect of cluster intervention strategy for neonatal hypothermia during abdominal surgery. 【Methods】 Seventy-one cases of newborn with abdominal surgery in our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as the observation group. From January to December 2018, 66 newborn children with abdominal surgery in our hospital were taken as the control group. The observation group was given hypothermia cluster intervention care, while the control group was given routine nursing care to prevent hypothermia during the operation. The perioperative body temperature, blood loss,postoperative shivering, hypoxemia, increased heart rate, incidence of incision infection and hospitalization period of newborns in the two groups were compared. 【Results】 The perioperative body temperature was significantly higher, the intraoperative blood loss and perioperative complications were significantly lower, and the hospitalization period was shorter in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 The application of hypothermia cluster intervention strategy in neonatal abdominal surgery can effectively reduce the incidence of perioperative hypothermia, reduce the occurrence of related complications, and shorten the hospitalization period, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
