“一校一特”视角下高校公体课武术教学内容的研究

摘　　要：本文主要运用了文献法、调查法与访谈法等研究方法,对高校公体课的武术教学内容进行了调查研究与逻辑分析,认为存在教学内容陈旧、学生学习兴趣不高、教师缺乏热情等问题,据此笔者从"一校一特"视角出发,提出如下改革思路:立足地方特色,将地方代表性拳种引进武术教学;依据师资条件,开展优势项目;紧跟时代步伐,将新兴武术项目引入高校等。以此来调动学生的习武积极性,激发教师的教学热情,激活高校公体课的武术教学,促进民族传统武术文化在高校的传承与弘扬。This paper mainly uses the research methods of literature,investigation and interview to investigate and analyze the Wushu teaching content of Public Physical Education in colleges and universities. It holds that there are some problems such as the old teaching content,the low interest of students and the lack of enthusiasm of teachers. Based on this,the author puts forward the following reform ideas from the perspective of "one school,one specialty": based on the local characteristics,introduce the local representative boxing into Wushu teaching;carry out the advantage progranm according to the teacher’s condition,and follow the pace of the times;as well as introduce new Wushu program into colleges and universities. The purpose is to mobilize the enthusiasm of students,stimulate teachers’ teaching enthusiasm,activate the martial arts teaching of public physical education in colleges and universities,and promote the inheritance and promotion of national traditional Wushu culture in colleges and universities.
