公共外交视阈下中国体育外交的作用机制研究

摘　　要：随着近些年来我国在公共外交领域不断取得进展,与多个国家建立良好的外交关系,为文化输出工作开创了新的历史局面。自新中国成立以来,体育外交一直作为外交工作的先锋队,在破除外交坚冰,缓和紧张国际关系,建立正常邦交工作中有重要的意义。体育外交也属于文化输出的一部分,在实施过程中能够增进他国对中国的理解,展示国家体育大国的国际地位,提升国家文化软实力,树立强大友好的国际形象。本文就目前公共外交视阈下中国体育外交作用机制和未来发展展望展开研究,希望对加深公众对我国体育外交发展情况的了解有一定帮助。With the continuous progress in public diplomacy in recent years,China has established good diplomatic relations with many countries,which has created a new historical situation for cultural export.Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,sports diplomacy has been a pioneer in diplomatic work.It is of great significance to break the ice of diplomacy,ease tensions in international relations and establish normal diplomatic work.Sports diplomacy is also a part of cultural export.In the process of implementation,it can enhance the understanding of other countries to China,show the international status of a big sports country,enhance the soft power of national culture,and establish a strong and friendly international image.This paper studies the mechanism of China’s sports diplomacy and its future development prospects from the perspective of public diplomacy,hoping to help deepen the public’s understanding of the development of China’s sports diplomacy.
