摘 要:系统评价体育锻炼对大学生心理健康干预的影响,并对其进行研究与分析。方法:通过计算机从中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库等数据库中检索出与体育锻炼对大学生心理健康干预相关的随机对照实验文献。检索发表时间1994年-2019年7月,把符合纳入标准的文献进行筛选,最终纳入11篇文献。使用Rev Man5.3软件进行文献质量评估后用stata13.0统计软件进行meta分析。结局指标:根据SCL-90量表及学者对心理健康评价指标,本研究采用躯体化、强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性等9项指标进行研究分析。结果:meta分析结果显示,体育锻炼对大学生心理健康干预的合并效应量(SMD)分别为:躯体化d=-0.321、强迫d=-0.249、人际d=-0.299、抑郁d=-0.258、焦虑d=-0.216、敌对d=-0.117、恐怖d=-0.387、偏执d=-0.315、精神病性d=-0.172,且具有统计学意义,表明体育锻炼对大学生心理健康促进及改善具有很好的效果。亚组分析结果也证实以上观点。偏倚性和敏感性分析结果显示,文献未发生偏倚,具有可靠的稳定性及效应量评估值变化。结论:运动干预促进及改善大学生心理健康,其干预周期小于16周,每周坚持3-4次,运动时间保持在大于40分钟小于等于50分钟,运动强度控制在中等强度,体育锻炼对大学生心理健康干预的效果最佳。To systematically evaluate the intervention impact of physical exercise on mental health of college students,and to make further study and analyze.Methods:The literature of random controlled experiment related to the intervention of physical exercise for college students’mental health is retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Database and VIP Database.The search filtrates 11 articles from the documents that met the inclusion criteria which are published from 1994 to July 2019.Rev Man5.3 software is used for literature quality assessment,then stata13.0 statistical software is employed for meta-analysis.Outcome indicators:According to the SCL-90 scale and scholars’evaluation indicators for mental health,this study uses nine indicators such as somatization,coercion,interpersonal relationship,depression,anxiety,hostility,terror,paranoia,and psychosis to conduct research.Results:Meta-analysis indicates that the combined effect(SMD)of intervention of physical exercise for mental health is:somatization d=-0.321,coercion d=-0.249,interpersonal relationship d=-0.299,depression d=-0.258,anxiety d=-0.216,hostility d=-0.117,terror d=-0.387,paranoia d=-0.315,psychosis d=-0.172,and statistically significant,indicating that physical exercise has a good effect on the promotion and improvement of college students’mental health.The analysis results of subgroup also confirmed the above views.The results of bias and sensitivity analysis shows that the literature data was not biased,with reliable stability and changes in the effect size.Conclusion:Exercise intervention can promote and improve college students’mental health.Physical exercise will have the best effect on college students’mental health when the intervention period is less than 16 weeks,with 3-4 times a week,and the exercise time is between 40 minutes and 50 minutes,and furthermore,the exercise intensity is controlled at medium intensity.
