摘 要:某钢厂2台800kW风机担负着给高炉送风助燃的任务。由于采用变压降供电方式,厂方为提高供电质量且减少材料损耗,要求对该电机实行升压改造。高压风机的升压改造,必须保持电机导线的电流密度基本不变,保持匝间电压不变。对其电机绕组参数进行了升压的可行性分析,发现通过改变绕组的线号和匝数可以进行升压改造。改造后因槽内绝缘加厚,槽满率增高,对线圈的绝缘工艺进行了改进,提高了电机的耐温、耐压程度,保证高压风机的运行质量,实现了原额定电压6kV的风机在10kV电压下正常工作的要求。Two 800kW fans in a steel plant are applied to supply air and aid combustion for the blast furnace.In order to improve the power supply quality and reducematerial loss,the manufacturer requires to carry out voltage-raising modification for motors.The current density of the motor conductor and the voltage between turns must be kept unchanged in the booster transformation of the high voltage fan.It is found that the booster transformation can be carried out by changing the number of winding lines and turns.After the modification,the insulation technology of the coil is improved due to the thickening of the insulation in the slot and the increase of the groove full rate,which improves the temperature and pressure resistance of the motor,ensures the operation quality of the high-voltage fan and realizes the normal operation requirements of the fan with the original rated voltage of 6kV under 10kV.
