延长工业焊机激光器使用寿命的方法

摘　　要：激光焊机设备是钢铁工业带钢连轧生产线上的重要设备之一。带钢连轧生产线上激光焊机的使用寿命直接影响生产效率。结合国内某大型钢铁企业在轧钢领域米巴赫激光焊机的使用情况,从光学镜头和气体冷却两个方面分析影响激光器使用寿命的原因,通过激光焊接控制系统,控制冷水机组的启动停止,并进行故障诊断,提高了设备使用寿命。Laser welder equipment is of great importance in the continuous strip rolling production line of steel industry,its service life can greatly affect production efficiency.With an eye to the use of Miebach laser welder in one large steel enterprise in China,the researchers analyzed optical lens and gas cooling which affect the service life of th laser.It is discovered the service life of laser welder can be increased through laser welding control system which controls start and stop of chiller and through fault diagnosis.
