疏导与培育:自由贸易港建设对海南人社会心态的新要求

摘　　要：自国家宣布海南建设自贸港以来,海南省各级党委、政府先后出台一系列政策,向五湖四海广揽人才推进自贸港建设。在此背景下,笔者采用自编的社会心态调查问卷分层抽取548名海南人进行测试,从社会认知、社会情绪和社会行为倾向三个方面揭示当地人复杂而嬗变的社会心态,在原因分析基础上,建议疏导与培育既要正向发挥政府、媒体、单位和社区等的帮扶作用,又要将海南人自身优良传统观念与当前自贸港建设相融合,培育其现代人格,以适应海南发展的潮流。Since the central government announced the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port,a series of policies have been issued by Hainan CPC committees and governments at all levels.Talents from all over the country have been recruited to promote the construction of the free trade port.548 people in Hainan finished the stratified social mentality survey concerning social cognition,social emotion and social behavior tendency,revealing local people’s complex and changing social mentality.On the basis of causes analysis,it is suggested that guidance and cultivation of people’s social mentality rely on the positive aid of government,media,work places and communities,combining with the excellent traditions of the Hainanese,so as to cultivate their modern personality which adapts to the development of Hainan.
