摘 要:合成了一种超顺磁性氧化铁纳米粒子(Superparamagnetic Iron Oxide Nanoparticles,SPIONs),并通过原位培养合成方法制得磁性细菌纤维素(Magnetic Bacterial Cellulose,MBC)。通过X-射线衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)和磁滞回线(VSM)等方法测定了SPIONs的性质。结果显示其粒子大小约为20 nm,分散性良好,饱和磁强度为62 emu/g。对BC和MBC进行了扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、热重(TGA)和拉力测试。结果显示,纳米粒子均匀的分散在纤维表面,负载率达到5%。拉力测试显示BC和MBC有着良好的机械性能,MBC比BC有更高的杨氏模量和拉伸强度。由细胞实验可得,在不同天数下,MBC上的细胞数量以及细胞粘附面积比BC都要有所增加。MBC和BC的生物毒性很低,都有着很好地生物相容性。In this paper,the magnetic bacterial cellulose(MBC)was in situ fabricated with superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles(SPIONs).The properties of SPIONs were characterized by XRD,TEM,FT-IR and VSM.The SPIONs were stable in dispersion with an average size of about 20 nm,and the saturation magnetization is 62 emu/g.SEM image showed that the nanoparticles are dispersed on the surface of the fibers of the MBC and the load rate was 5%.BC and MBC have exhibited good mechanical properties.The cellular experiment demonstrates that the cell adhesion area and the quantity of cells on the MBC is larger than BC.BC and MBC have low biotoxicity and good biocompatibility.MBC with good dispersion and small size was prepared by in situ modified,which has a great prospect in artificial blood vessels,targeted drug delivery and medical detection.
