摘 要:研究了机酸酯对醋酸丁酸纤维素生产的模拟废水中丁酸的萃取性能,考察了萃取剂种类、萃取时间、萃取剂用量和初始浓度对萃取效果的影响。实验结果表明,乙酸乙酯萃取剂兼具优异的萃取效果和经济性,随着萃取剂用量的提高和萃取时间的延长,水相中的丁酸含量不断降低,采用酯/水体积比为1∶2条件下对10%的丁酸模拟废水萃取处理120 min,水相中丁酸降至1.81%,同时,当模拟废水浓度为2%~10%时,酯/水体积比为1∶5时,丁酸的分配系数基本不变为6.869。此外,将实验结果与Aspen模拟结果进行对比,结果发现,水相中丁酸含量的计算值低于Aspen软件模拟值,但是两者的变化趋势基本相同。最后通过Aspen软件对萃取过程进行优化,发现乙酸乙酯与模拟废水的体积比为1∶5,萃取级数为10时,模拟废水中的丁酸含量可降至0.12%。The extraction performance of organic acid esters in simulated waste water of cellulose acetate butyrate was studied.The effects of extractant type,extraction time,amount of extractant and initial concentration on the extraction efficiency of butyric acid were investigated.The experimental results show that the ethyl acetate extractant keep the balance between effect and economy.With the increase of the amount of extractant and the extraction time,the content of butyric acid in the aqueous phase decreases continuously.When the volume ratio of ethyl acetate to simulated waste water is 1∶2,and the simulated waste water was extracted for 120 min,the butyric acid in the water phase was reduced from 10%to 1.81%.In addition,when the experimental results were compared with the Aspen simulation results,there is a certain error between the simulation value and the experimental value,but the relative trend is the same.Finally,the extraction process was optimized by Aspen,and it was found that the butyric acid content in the simulated waste water could be reduced to 0.12%,when the volume ratio of ethyl acetate to simulated waste water was 1∶5,and the extraction level was 10.
