摘  要:以浑善达克沙地东南缘的风蚀坑为研究对象,通过野外取样与室内萌发试验相结合的方法,测定了风蚀坑不同类型沙障内土壤种子库种类、数量,对比分析了不同类型沙障防护风蚀坑土壤种子库特征。结果表明:沙障能够有效提高风蚀坑内土壤种子库种类与数量;透风型沙障防护的风蚀坑土壤种子库数量显著高于对照,直播沙障的最高,而不透风型沙障与对照无显著差异;风蚀坑内上部、中部土壤种子库数量最多,下部最少。Taking the blowouts in the southern edge of Hunshandake Sandy Land as research object,combining field sampling with indoor germination test,we investigated the type and quantity of seed bank in blowouts protected by sand barriers,and contrasted the characteristics of seed bank in the blowouts of different types of sand barriers.The results show that sand barrier can increase the type and quantity of seed bank in blowouts greatly.The quantity of seed bank in blowouts with drafty sand barriers is significantly more than the control.The quantity of seed bank in direct-sowing sand barriers is the most.And the non-drafty sand barriers has no significant difference with the control.The quantities of seed bank in top and middle of blowout are more than that in bottom.
