槭树资源研究进展及其对内蒙古槭树应用的启示

摘　　要：槭树是兼具生态与经济价值的重要乡土树种。文章综述了槭树资源的分布状况、遗传多样性、繁育技术、资源开发应用等方面的研究进展,梳理出:(1)我国槭属树种共99种,内蒙古地区分布有8种;(2)槭树在表型、叶色、成分含量等方面的遗传资源多样性丰富,并受环境因素影响较大;(3)槭树繁育有播种、嫁接、扦插及组培等方式,以播种繁殖为主;(4)槭属树种在生态建设、药用及食用方面价值高。文章同时指出目前内蒙古的野生槭树资源调查收集明显不足、缺乏对资源的系统研究并且无优良品种推广等亟待解决的问题,提出应加强天然槭树种质资源的多样性保护与评价工作、开展生殖生物学等基础研究、重视品种定向选育、无性繁殖技术标准以及加强合作等建议,以期为生态环境建设、国土绿化、促进健康产业发展等方面提供有力支撑。Acer L.is an important native tree species with ecological and economic value.This paper provides a systematic and constructive overview on the distribution,genetic diversity,breeding techniques,resource exploitation and application,and the conclusions are as follows:(1)There are 99 species of Acer L.in China,with 8 species distributing in Inner Mongolia.(2)Acer L.is rich in the phenotype,leaf color and component content,which is greatly influenced by environmental factors.(3)The breeding techniques of Acer L.includes sowing,grafting,cutting and tissue culture,dominated by sow reproduction.(4)Maple trees play an important role in landscaping around the world.Moreover,species of the genus Acer also have value as timber and for medicinal and edible use.The existing studies on this endemic genus in Inner Mongolia are limited.Suggestions have been proposed to strengthen the collection and evaluation of Acer L.resources in Inner Mongolia,enhance the basic study of reproductive biology and so on,boost varieties directional selection and vegetative propagation technique standard formulation,as well as facilitating cooperation.It can provide effective supports to the sustainable development of environment construction,afforestation and health industry.
