摘  要:以某发动机重新匹配的外置机油冷却器为研究对象,采用三维计算流体动力学(computational fluid dynamics,CFD)软件对机油冷却器水路进行流场及阻力仿真,并根据仿真结果进行整机水流量匹配一维计算。还对机油冷却器样品进行水侧阻力测试,以验证仿真结果的可靠性,为后续整机匹配机油冷却器提供数据支持。Taking a rematched external oil cooler of an engine as a research object,the flow field and resistance of the water passage of the oil cooler were simulated by the three-dimensional computational fluid dynamics(CFD)software.Based on the simulation results,one-dimensional engine water flow matching was calculated.The water side resistance of the sample of the oil cooler was tested to verify the reliability of the simulation results,providing the data support for the subsequent matching of the engine with the oil cooler.
