摘  要:压磁效应测力传感器具有非接触、结构简单、抗干扰能力强、能在恶劣环境下工作、寿命长等特点,可用来测量许多精密仪器的残余应力。现有的压磁效应测力传感器有效测量范围为5~50 kN,量程有限,难以测量低应力,且线性度及灵敏度较低。现对压磁效应测力传感器的敏感材料进行退火处理,以提高其磁导率和机电转化效率。经静态标定试验表明:传感器在其敏感材料经退火处理后能很好地测量低应力,且具有更高的灵敏度和线性度。这为非接触条件下更精确地检测结构残余应力及产品性能奠定了基础。The advantages of a force transducer based on magnetostrictive effect are non-contacting,strong in anti-interference,adaptable to work in unfavorable environment and long in service life.Therefore,it can be used to measure the residual stress of many precision instruments.The effective measurement of the existing force transducer based on magnetostrictive effect ranges from 5 kN to 50 kN with low linearity and sensitivity,so that it is difficult for such force transducer to measure low level stress.To improve the permeability and electromechanical conversion efficiency of the force transducer,an annealing treatment was proposed to the sensitive material of the force transducer.The static calibration experiments showed that the force transducer with annealed sensitive material could measure low stress,and had higher sensitivity and linearity.This lays a foundation for more accurate detection of structural residual stress and product performance in contactless conditions.
