摘　　要：为了解新冠疫情对中国建筑业企业海外业务的影响,从宏观政策、企业战略、组织运营和组织绩效等4个方面对290多家企业管理及技术人员进行问卷调查,收回有效问卷336份,通过分析得出影响建筑业企业海外业务的影响因素,并以中美洲的洪都拉斯实施项目进行案例验证,并提出了政府和企业如何合作应对新冠疫情冲击推动"一带一路"建设的思路。In order to understand the impact of COVID-19 on the overseas business of Chinese construction companies,a questionnaire survey was conducted on more than 290 corporate management and technical personnel from four aspects:macro policy,corporate strategy,organizational operations,and organizational performance,and 336 valid questionnaires were received.Through analysis,the influencing factors affecting the overseas business of construction enterprises were obtained,and the case verification was carried out with Honduras implementation projects in Central America,and the ideas on how the government and enterprises could cooperate to respond to the impact of COVID-19 to promote the construction of the"Belt and Road".
