摘　　要：介绍了一种可以在光滑超强钢、不锈钢、镀锌表面使用的特质环氧淋涂底漆的设计思路。配方中通过添加羟基环氧树脂来提高轻金属基材的优异附着力,满足不锈钢、镀锌板、超强钢等基材的全方面应用覆盖。该产品还具有很好的流动性、长活化期、破泡性、流平性,固含量高,能够提高施工的涂层厚度,提升产品的施工效率。产品还具有良好的机械性能和耐盐雾性能,在变压器领域具有很好的使用前景。The design concept of special high solid epoxy primer for flow painting that can be used on smooth ultra-fort steel,stainless steel,and galvanized surfaces is introduced.Through addition of hydroxy epoxy resin,the product's outstanding adhesion to metal substrates is improved,realizing full coverage of application on stainless steel,galvanized plates,ultra-fort steel,and other substrates.The product also has good fluidity,long pot life,bubble breaking and levelling ability,and high solid content,capable of increasing coatings film thickness and improving the efficiency of product application.The product also has good mechanical properties and salt fog resistance and it can be used in the field of transformers in the future.
