摘  要:采用半连续预乳化乳液聚合工艺,合成了具有核壳结构的苯丙乳胶。探究了核壳质量比、丙烯酸分别在核壳中的添加量、核壳Tg差、交联单体甲基丙烯酸烯丙酯(AMA)的添加方式及添加量对苯丙乳胶最低成膜温度(MFT)的影响。实验结果表明:核中丙烯酸量越多,乳胶MFT越低;壳中丙烯酸量越多,MFT越大。MFT随核壳比的减小先减小后增大,最适核壳比为4.5∶5.5。Tg差越大MFT越低。交联单体的加入使MFT增大,且加入壳中比加入核中对乳胶的MFT影响更大。A styrene acrylic latex with core-shell structure was synthesized through semi-continuous pre-emulsion polymerization.The effects of the core-shell mass ratio,the dosage of acrylic acid in the core-shell,the difference in core-shell Tg,and the crosslinking monomer allyl methacrylate(AMA)addition method and dosage on the minimum film forming temperature(MFT)of the styrene-acrylic latex were investigated.The experimental results show:the higher the dosage of acrylic acid in the core,the lower the MFT of the latex,and the higher the dosage of acrylic acid in the shell,the higher the MFT.The MFT decreases first and then increases with the decrease of the core-shell ratio,and the optimal core-shell ratio is 4.5∶5.5.The larger the Tg difference,the lower the MFT.The addition of crosslinking monomer increases the MFT,and the effect of addition to the shell on the MFT of the latex is greater than that of addition to the core.
