新冠疫情下高校毕业生就业状况调研及对策——以宁波市高校为例

摘　　要：受新冠疫情影响,高校毕业生就业压力增大。研究以宁波市高校毕业生为调查对象,采用自行编制就业状况调研问卷调查疫情背景下在甬高校毕业生的就业状况。结果显示,在甬高校毕业生就业状况与就业心态总体较好,98.2%的毕业生已做好职业规划,69.6%的毕业生表现出较强的就业愿望,77.1%的毕业生通过网络进行过求职。但调研也发现已确定工作的毕业生不到10%,毕业生普遍对就业前景感到焦虑。因此,一方面政府发挥统筹协调功能,出台利好政策,同时学校建立精准帮扶机制,多途径开展就业指导,另一方面用人单位、学校和社会组织拓展毕业生技能储备,完善网络招聘渠道,这对缓解就业压力、提升就业质量具有重要意义。Under the influence of the“COVID-19”epidemic,the employment pressure of college graduates has increased this year.To investigate employment situation of college graduates,college graduates in Ningbo city were taken as the object to complete a self-designed questionnaire survey.The result showed that the employment situation and employment mentality of graduates in Ningbo were generally good,98.2 percent of graduates had a career plan,69.6 percent of the graduates showed strong employment aspirations and 77.1 percent had applied for jobs online.However,the survey also found that less than 10 percent of graduates had secured jobs and graduates were generally anxious about their job prospects.Therefore,on the one hand,the government plays the role of overall planning and coordination and introduces favorable policies,moreover the school establishes accurate support mechanism and carries out employment guidance through multiple channels;on the other hand,employers,schools and social organizations expand the skills reserve of graduates and improve online recruitment channels,which plays great significance to ease employment pressure and improve employment quality.
