摘　　要：由于需求分析失败导致软件项目周期不可控,甚至项目失败仍时有发生。文章结合高校档案行业,阐述高校档案部门在需求获取、需求分析、需求验证和确定等阶段的需求分析内容和任务。Today,the failure of requirement analysis leads to software project uncontrollable,even results in failure frequently.How to acquire users’business domain and their real needs is the key for requirement analysis of software.Therefore,professional people should be allowed to do professional things,in other words,it needs return the right to users,making user-driven requirement analysis of the software.Based on university archival profession,it presents the content and tasks of requirement elicitation,requirement analysis,requirements specification,requirements validation and so on.
