产后出血产妇联合应用复方芦丁片与米索前列醇治疗的效果

摘　　要：目的:对复方芦丁片联合米索前列醇治疗产妇产后出血的效果进行探究。方法:择本院收治的产后出血产妇90例作为本次研究纳入的对象,按照随机数字表法将其划分为单一用药组和联合用药组,每组各有45例。采用米索前列醇对单一用药组予以治疗,在此基础上,采用复方芦丁片对联合用药组予以治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果:单一用药组的止血时间为(48.5±10.9)min,产后2h出血量为(297.5±42.1)mL,产后2~24h的出血量为(296.2±33.7)mL;联合用药组的止血时间为(32.6±8.1)min,产后2h出血量为(225.4±24.8)mL,产后2~24h的出血量为(223.1±22.6)mL。联合用药组的止血时间和出血量均明显少于单一用药组,两组患者比较经过检验(P<0.05)。单一用药组的不良反应发生率为15.6%,联合用药组的不良反应发生率为13.3%。单一用药组和联合用药组的不良反应发生率比较差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:针对产后出血的产妇采用复方芦丁片联合米索前列醇治疗具有很好的效果,可以有效减少止血时间,并且控制出血量,不良反应少。Objective:To investigate the effect of compound rutin tablets combined with misoprostol on postpartum hemorrhage in women.Methods:Ninety patients with postpartum hemorrhage admitted to our hospital were enrolled as the subjects of this study.They were divided into single drug group and combined drug group according to the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The monotherapy group was treated with misoprostol.On the basis of this,the compound rutin tablets were used to treat the combination group,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The hemostasis time was(48.5±10.9)min in the single-drug group,(297.5±42.1)mL in the 2 h postpartum period,and(296.2±33.7)mL in the 2 h to 24 h postpartum period.The hemostasis time of the combination group was(32.6±8.1)min,the amount of bleeding after 2 hours postpartum was(225.4±24.8)mL,and the amount of bleeding from 2h to 24h after delivery was(223.1±22.6)mL.The hemostasis time and bleeding volume of the combination group were significantly lower than those of the single drug group,and the two groups were tested(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 15.6%in the single-agent group and 13.3%in the combination group.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the single-drug group and the combination group(P>0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of postpartum hemorrhage with compound rutin tablets combined with misoprostol has a good effect,can effectively reduce the time of hemostasis,and control the amount of bleeding,less adverse reactions.
