拉玛泽呼吸法联合分娩球护理对产妇分娩结局的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:探究分析拉玛泽呼吸法联合分娩球护理对产妇分娩结局的影响效果。方法:选取本院产科收治的产妇70例进行研究,以随机数字表法分为对照组(n=35)和观察组(n=35),对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用拉玛泽呼吸法联合分娩球护理。对比两组护理效果。结果:观察组产妇的各个产程时间比对照组产妇短,且产妇的自然分娩率显著高于对照组,不良分娩结局发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在产妇分娩期间采用拉玛泽呼吸法联合分娩球护理措施,能够有效缩短产妇的产程,提高产妇的自然分娩率,不良分娩结局发生率低,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective:To investigate and analyze the effect of Ramaze breathing joint delivery ball care on maternal delivery outcome.Methods:70 cases of maternity were selected for study,and the control group(n=35)and the observation group(n=35)were divided into random numerical table methods,the control group adopted conventional nursing,and the observation group used Ramaze breathing method to combine delivery ball care.Compare the effects of the two sets of care.Results:The maternal duration of each mother in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the rate of natural delivery was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of adverse delivery outcomes was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The joint delivery ball nursing measure sending by Ramaze breathing method during maternal delivery can effectively shorten the delivery course of the mother,improve the rate of natural delivery,the incidence of bad delivery outcome is low,and has high clinical application value.
