摘　　要：薯蓣皂苷是一种甾体皂苷类化合物,它可从某些薯蓣科植物的根茎中被提取出来。药理学研究发现,它具有改善心血管功能、护肝、调节机体免疫能力、抗血小板聚集、降血脂等多种药理作用。近年来的研究表明,薯蓣皂苷还具有很好的抗肿瘤作用,是一种抗癌新药,其可以通过多种途径介导肿瘤细胞凋亡,并在体内外已经得到试验证实。本文就近年来关于薯蓣皂苷的抗癌机制研究作一综述。Dioscin is a natural steroidal saponin compound which can be extracted from the rhizomes of some dioscoreaceae plants.Pharmacological study showed that it could improve cardiovascular function,protect the liver,regulate the body′s immunity,and anti-platelet aggregation,lower blood lipids and other pharmacological effects.Recent studies have shown that dioscin has a good anti-tumor effect and is a new anticancer drug with great potential.It can cause tumor cell apoptosis through various pathways,which has been confirmed by a large number of experiments in vivo and in vitro.This article reviews the anticancer mechanism of dioscin studied in recent years.
