摘  要:目的评估低剂量与常规剂量CT扫描对新型冠状病毒肺炎(以下简称新冠肺炎)确诊患者肺部病灶显示的差异,探讨低剂量CT应用在新冠肺炎确诊患者复查中的可能性。方法选取应用常规剂量(120kV/100~350mAs;ASIR-V)检测出新冠肺炎患者50例,经患者知情同意及病情进展评估需要2~6天隔期复查时采用低剂量参数(120kV/10~100mAs;ASIR-V)扫描,分别将常规剂量组和低剂量组进行主观图像分析、评分,客观图像质量及辐射剂量比较。结果两组图像均能清晰显示新冠肺炎病灶部位、大小、密度等,均能满足临床诊断要求,图像质量无统计学差异(P>0.05),两组方法没有区别;而两组在CTDIvol、DLP、ED方面,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),低剂量组明显降低患者所受辐射剂量。结论低剂量扫描方案可以在确诊新型冠状病毒肺炎诊断中大幅度降低患者所受辐射剂量,在新冠肺炎复查中值得临床推广。Objective To evaluate the difference between low-dose and conventional-dose CT scans in the diagnosis of noval coronavirus pneumonia,and to explore the possibility of using low-dose CT scans in the review of patients withnoval coronavirus pneumonia.Methods Fifty patients with noval coronary pneumonia were examined using conventional doses(120 kV/100~350 mAs;ASIR-V).Adopting low dose parameters(120 kV/10~100 mAs;ASIR-V)according to patient's informed consent and assessment of disease progress at 2~6 days interval was reviewed,subjective image analysis,scoring,objective image quality and radiation dose comparison were performed on the conventional and low-dose groups,respectively.Results The two groups of images could clearly show the site,size,and density of the noval coronary pneumonia,and they could meet the clinical diagnosis requirements.There was no significant difference in the CT value,SD value,SNR,and CNR of the images(P>0.05).There was no difference in methods;the differences between the two groups in terms of CTDIvol,DLP,and ED were statistically significant(P<0.05),the low-dose group significantly reduced the radiation dose of patients.Conclusion The low-dose scanning parameters can significantly reduce the radiation dose received by patients in the diagnosis of noval coronavirus pneumonia.It is worthy of clinical promotion in the review of noval coronary pneumonia.
