肾脏嗜酸细胞腺瘤的超声表现及病理对照分析

摘　　要：目的探讨肾脏嗜酸细胞腺瘤的超声表现与病理对照关系。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的21例肾脏嗜酸细胞腺瘤声像图特征,并与病理结果进行对照。结果21例均为单发病灶,边界清晰,右肾12例,左肾9例。表现为圆形或卵圆形15例,边缘浅分叶6例。呈中等略强回声9例,等回声5例,低或略低回声7例。内回声均匀者11例,中央区可见放射状瘢痕6例,瘤体内散在小囊样回声4例。彩色多普勒超声表现:肿块周边多可见环形血流信号,肿瘤内部可见点条状血流信号。结论肾嗜酸细胞腺瘤特征性表现为形态规则略强回声包块,中央可见放射状低回声区,超声检查对其诊断有一定临床价值。Objective To analyze the sonographic features of renal oncocytoma and to correlate them with histopathologic findings.Methods We analyzed the sonographic findings of 21 patients with RO confirmed by surgical pathology and summarized the characteristics of ultrasound and compared with pathological findings.Results All of those 21 cases were single and unilateral with well-defined border.12 cases located in right kidney and 9 cases located in 1eft kidney.15 cases presented as round or oval in shape,6 cases showed shallowly divided lobules.Compared with renal parenchyma,9 cases were hyperechoic,5 cases were isoechoic and 7 cases were hypoechoic.11 cases showed homogeneous,6 cases showed central radial hypoechoic area and scattered saclike echoes were seen in 4 cases.CDFI showed that peripheral circular blood flow and internal strip blood flow were seen.Conclusion The characteristic imaging features of renal oncocytoma are homogeneous hyperechoic mass,especially with a central radial hypoechoic area.Ultrasound is help to diagnosis of renal oncocytoma.
