摘  要:钕系顺丁橡胶是发展高性能轮胎、节能轮胎、安全轮胎的优选胶种,本文通过对胶料及成品轮胎的性能进行对比分析,验证其优越的耐疲劳、耐老化、耐生热等性能优势,可在降低硬度的同时提升支撑配方胶料的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、永久变形、撕裂强度和回弹性,降低压缩疲劳温升,提高耐老化性能和抗撕裂性能,符合轮胎节能、降耗的环保要求。其低生热、耐撕裂性能,可以有利提高缺气保用轮胎的安全性能,提升其在零气压状态下的有效行驶里程,提高出行的安全系数。Neodymium-based butadiene rubber is the preferred rubber for the development of highperformance tires,energy-saving tires,and safety tires.This article compares and analyzes the performance of rubber and finished tires,and verifies its superior fatigue resistance,aging resistance,heat resistance and other performance advantages.It can reduce the hardness while increasing the tensile strength,elongation at break,permanent deformation,tear strength,resilience,reduce the temperature rise of compression fatigue,improve the aging resistance,tear resistance,and make the tire meet environmental protection requirements for energy saving and consumption reduction.Its low heat generation and tear resistance can help improve the safety performance of run-flat tires,increase its effective mileage under zero air pressure,and improve the safety factor of travel.
