摘 要:研究了用硫酸溶液从含锌铜精矿中选择性溶解锌,考察了浸出时间、浸出温度、硫酸质量浓度、液固体积质量比对铜、锌、铁溶解的影响。结果表明:在浸出温度90℃、液固体积质量比10/1、硫酸质量浓度40 g/L、浸出时间3.0 h条件下,锌浸出率为41.9%,铜浸出率为14.6%;升高温度有利于锌的溶解和铜的沉淀;在浸出温度160℃、液固体积质量比10/1、硫酸质量浓度40 g/L、CuCl2溶液质量浓度2 g/L条件下浸出3.0 h,铜浸出率为0.3%,锌浸出率为99.3%,铁浸出率较低;浸出后,精矿中铜质量分数提高至32.1%,锌质量分数降至0.4%,铜、锌得到有效分离。The selective leaching of zinc from zinc-bearing copper concentrate in sulfuric acid system was studied.The effects of leaching time,leaching temperature,sulfuric acid mass concentration,liquid volume-to-solid mass ratio on the leaching of copper,zinc and iron were investigated.The results show that under the conditions of leaching temperature of 90℃,liquid volume-to-solid mass ratio of 10/1,sulfuric acid mass concentration of 40 g/L,and leaching time of 3.0 h,the leaching rate of zinc and copper is 41.9%and 14.6%,respectively.Increasing temperature is in favor of dissolution of zinc and copper.Under the leaching temperature of 160℃,liquid volume-to-solid mass ratio of 10/1,sulfuric acid mass concentration of 40 g/L,and CuCl2 solution mass concentration of 2 g/L,the leaching rate of copper and zinc is 0.3%and 99.3%,respectively,leaching of iron is low.After leaching,the copper mass fraction in the concentrate increases to 32.1%,and the zinc mass fraction decreases to 0.4%,the copper and zinc are effectively separated.
