摘  要:研究了用盐酸从二次铝灰中浸出铝,考察了浸出时间、浸出温度、盐酸与铝灰液固体积质量比、盐酸浓度对铝浸出率的影响及不同温度下的铝浸出动力学,验证了3个动力学模型。结果表明:在浸出时间120 min、浸出温度75℃、盐酸与铝灰液固体积质量比20/1、盐酸浓度5 mol/L条件下,铝浸出率为78.56%;浸出过程符合Avrami-Erofeyev动力学模型,25、50、75℃条件下的反应级数m分别为0.40904、0.39315、0.37659,且表观活化能为11.72 kJ/mol,推断出浸出过程受扩散控制。The leaching of aluminum from secondary aluminum dross using hydrochloric acid solution was researched.The effects of leaching time,leaching temperature,hydrochloric acid volume-to-aluminum ash mass ratio,hydrochloric acid concentration were investigated on the leaching of aluminum.The leaching kinetics were studied and three different models were verified.The results show that the leaching rate of aluminum is 78.56%under the optimum conditions of leaching time of 120 min,reaction temperature of 75℃,hydrochloric acid volume-to-aluminum ash mass ratio of 20/1 and hydrochloric acid concentration of 5 mol/L.The leaching process accords with the Avrami-Erofeyev kinetic model.The reaction order m at 25,50 and 75℃are 0.40904,0.39315 and 0.37659,respectively.The apparent activation energy is 11.72 kJ/mol.It is inferred that the leaching process is controlled by diffusion.
