摘 要:研究了用Cyanex272从含钙、镁杂质的硫酸锰溶液中选择性萃取锰,考察了萃取剂浓度、体系平衡pH、接触时间等对锰与镁、钙萃取分离的影响,绘制了萃取及反萃取等温线,并进行了模拟串级萃取全流程试验。结果表明:用Cyanex272可以实现锰与镁、钙的高效深度分离;对于含Mn^2+(35.07 g/L)、Mg^2+(1.22 g/L)、Ca^2+(0.22 g/L)的料液,用Cyanex272浓度为0.75 mol/L的有机相,经4级逆流萃取、1级洗涤、3级反萃取,锰萃取率大于99.42%,全过程Mg^2+、Ca^2+去除率分别为99.52%和99.68%;反萃取液中Mn^2+质量浓度在110 g/L以上,其中Ca^2+/Mn^2+、Mg^2+/Mn^2+质量比分别低于2.02×10^-5和1.67×10^-4,满足电池级硫酸锰生产对钙、镁含量要求。The selective solvent extraction of manganese from manganese sulfate solution containing calcium and magnesium impurities by Cyanex272 was studied.The effects of extractant concentration,system equilibrium pH and contact time on the extraction and separation of manganese from magnesium and calcium were examined.The isotherms of the extraction and stripping were plotted.The results show that the efficient deep separation of manganese from calcium and magnesium can be achieved.For the simulated liquid containing 35.07 g/L Mn^2+,1.22 g/L Mg^2+and 0.22 g/L Ca^2+,the extraction rate of manganese is more than 99.42%by 4-stage countercurrent extraction,1-stage washing and 3-stage stripping using Cyanex272 concentration of 0.75 mol/L.Under optimized conditions,the removal of calcium and magnesium in the whole process are 99.68%and 99.52%,respectively.The mass concentration of Mn^2+is over 110 g/L in the stripping solution with mass ratio of Ca^2+/Mn^2+and Mg^2+/Mn^2+less than 2.02×10^-5 and 1.67×10^-4,respectively.The solution meets the requirements for calcium and magnesium content in the production of battery-grade manganese sulfate.
