摘 要:研究了用碱性甘氨酸溶液从铜-钢双金属废料中选择性浸出铜,考察了溶液初始Cu2+浓度、甘氨酸浓度、体系pH、温度、空气流量和搅拌速度对铜浸出率的影响。结果表明:在温度50℃、初始Cu2+浓度0.20 mol/L、甘氨酸浓度4 mol/L、体系pH=10.60、空气流量1.0 L/min和搅拌速度300 r/min条件下,铜浸出效果较好;Cu2+浸出反应级数为0.46,表观反应活化能为47.7 kJ/mol,浸出速率受化学反应控制。The leaching of copper in copper-steel bimetal scrap using alkaline glycine solution was studied.The influences of initial Cu2+concentration,glycine concentration,system pH,temperature,air flow rate and stirring speed on the leaching of copper were examined.The results show that under the optimum conditions of temperature of 50℃,initial Cu2+concentration of 0.20 mol/L,glycine concentration of 4 mol/L,system pH of 10.60,air flow rate of 1.0 L/min and stirring speed of 300 r/min,the copper leaching effect is good.The reaction order for Cu2+and apparent activation energy are 0.46 and 47.7 kJ/mol,respectively.The leaching rate for copper is controlled by chemical reaction.
