摘 要:研究了以铝工业废渣高硫铝土矿浮选尾矿和赤泥为原料,采用焙烧—酸浸—聚合工艺制备聚合硫酸铝铁絮凝剂,考察了酸浸温度、酸浸时间、酸浓度、液固体积质量比对铝、铁浸出率的影响,并对制备的絮凝剂进行表征和水处理试验。结果表明:适宜条件下,铁、铝浸出率分别为93.44%和41.18%;所制备的絮凝剂除对COD去除性能略低外,其他性能与市售同类产品相当。Preparation of polymeric aluminum ferric sulfate flocculant using aluminum industrial residue high-sulfur bauxite flotation tailings and red mud by roasting—acidic leaching—polymerization process was investigated.The effects of acidic leaching temperature,leaching time,acid concentration and liquid volume-to-solid mass ratio on the leaching rate of aluminum and iron were examined.The flocculant performance was characterized and water treatment experiments were carried out using the flocculant.The results show that under the optimum conditions,the leaching rate of Fe and Al is 93.44%and 41.18%,respectively.Except removal for wastewater COD is slightly lower,other properties of the flocculant are similar to those of the similar products on market.
