摘 要:应用计算流体力学(CFD)改进液-液萃取混合澄清槽的闭式涡轮桨,并耦合群体平衡模型(PBE),模拟对比改进前后混合室的混合效果,以煤油为分散相,水为连续相进行验证。结果表明,在相同功耗水平下,改进型闭式涡轮桨能够有效提高抽吸压头,产生相对较大的液滴,有利于后续聚并。Computational fluid dynamics(CFD)was used to improve the closed turbine impeller of liquid-liquid extraction mixer-settler,and the population balance equation(PBE)was coupled to simulate and compare the mixing effects of the mixing chamber before and after improving,kerosene was used as dispersed phase and water as continuous phase to verify.The results show that at the same power consumption level,the improved closed turbine impeller can improve the suction head effectively and produce large droplets relatively,which is conducive to the subsequent coalescence.
