摘　　要：建立了板青败毒口服液中(R-S)告依春、绿原酸、咖啡酸的高效液相色谱检查方法。使用C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm,)色谱柱,样品前处理用50%乙醇稀释,乙腈∶0.05%磷酸(8∶92,V/V)梯度洗脱,采用光二极管阵列检测器(PAD),波长采集范围为200~400 nm,流速为0.8 mL/min,进样量为10μL,柱温30℃,提取波长是245 nm。结果表明:绿原酸、咖啡酸在5.0~400μg(R^2=0.9998、R^2=0.9993)呈良好的线性关系,(R-S)告依春在2.5~300μg(R^2=0.9991)呈良好的线性关系;平均加样回收率分别为91.1%、92.9%、91.3%(n=6);RSD分别为1.0%、1.5%、1.4%。本方法简单、准确、重复性好,适用于板青败毒口服液的质量控制。A method for the determination of(R-S)-goitrin,chlorogenic acid and caffeic acid in Banqingbaidu oral liquid was developed by the high performance liquid chromatography with photo-diode array detector(HPLC-PDA).The Samples directly diluted by 50%ethanol solution.The mobile phase was acetonitrile:0.05%phosphoric acid solution(8∶92,V/V),Photo-diode array detector wavelength range was 200~400 nm,the flow rate was 0.8 mL/min,and the injection volume was 10μL,the column temperature was 30℃,The recorded wave length was 245 nm.The test results show that chlorogenic acid and caffeic acid had a good linear relationship in the range of 5.0~400μg/mL(Ychlorogenic acid=0.0028X-0.2311,R^2=0.9998;Ycaffeic acid=0.0167X+0.0014,R^2=0.9993)respectively.(R-S)-goitrin was in linear over the range of 2.5 to 300μg/mL(Y(R-S)goitrin=0.0122X-0.1096,R^2=0.9991).The average recovery rate(n=6)was 91.1%,92.9%and 91.3%respectively,and the RSD was 1.0%,1.5%and 1.4%respectively.The method was accurate and simple,which can be provided a reliable way for the quality control Banqingbaidu oral liquid.
