摘　　要：目的构建胸腔镜肺癌根治术患者快速康复护理标准化操作规程框架。方法通过文献回顾初步构建胸腔镜肺癌根治术患者快速康复护理流程,然后运用德尔菲法(Delphi)对22名专家进行2轮咨询,确定胸腔镜肺癌根治术患者快速康复护理标准化操作规程框架。结果2轮专家咨询问卷回收率均为100%;专家权威系数分别为0.91和0.93;第1轮咨询中,一、二、三级指标的肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.23、0.10、0.16;第2轮咨询中,一、二、三级指标的肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.46、0.30、0.21;最终确立了一级指标3个,二级指标13个,三级指标25个。结论本研究构建胸腔镜肺癌根治术患者快速康复护理SOP框架的专家意见集中,结果科学、可靠,为患者快速康复护理标准化操作提供理论依据。Objective To construct the standardized operating procedure for rapid rehabilitation nursing for patients undergoing thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer.Methods The draft of the procedure of rapid rehabilitation nursing for patients undergoing thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer was constructed after the literature review.Then 22 experts were consulted for two rounds using the Delphi method to determine the final procedure.Results The response rate of the two rounds of expert consultation was 100%,and the authority coefficient of experts was 0.91 and 0.93 respectively.In the first round,the Kendall coefficient of concordance of the first,second and third index was 0.23,0.10 and 0.16 respectively,while in the second round,they were 0.46,0.30 and 0.21 respectively.Finally,the procedure consisted of 3 first-level indexes,13 second-level indexes and 25 third-level indexes.Conclusion The procedure constructed is of high authority and reliability,and the concentration of expert opinions is high,which provides a scientific theoretical basis for the standardized rapid rehabilitation nursing of patients undergoing thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer.
