摘 要:目的了解大专护理实习生科研能力及需求,并探讨相应对策。方法采用便利抽样法对216名大专护生进行问卷调查。结果84.04%的大专护生对科研知识不了解;94.37%的大专护生有提升科研能力的需求,其中护生对科研选题与设计、统计学知识、论文写作、资料的收集等比较感兴趣;最希望的培训方法是理论培训与实践加专家现场指导。结论大专护生对护理科研认识不足,对科研知识需求较多,护理教育者和管理者应重视大专护生科研能力培养,满足其对科研知识的需求,提高其科研能力,适应学科发展。Objective To determine the scientific research ability and needs of junior college nursing students,and explore the countermeasures.Methods Totally 216 students were chosen using the convenient sampling method,and surveyed using a questionnaire.Results 84.04%Junior college nursing students were lack of scientific research cognition,94.37%students had the need to improve their scientific research ability,especially in the topic choosing and design,statistical knowledge,thesis writing,and data collection.The most demanding was theoretical training with experts′on-site guidance.Conclusion Junior college nursing students are weak in the recognition of scientific research ability and lack of relevant knowledge.Nursing educators and managers should pay attention to the training of junior college nursing students′scientific research ability,and meet their need for scientific research knowledge and improve their scientific research ability.
