摘 要:基于上海浦东机场1号能源中心的冷负荷及当地的分时电价政策,对比分析了冰蓄冷、冰浆蓄冷和水蓄冷系统并优选了水蓄冷系统作为蓄能方案。优化了水蓄冷系统和运行控制方案,分析了最大负荷日、部分负荷日和小负荷日的水蓄冷系统运行情况,验证了水蓄冷方案的可行性。并进一步开展了经济性分析,全年供冷运行费用从1039.8万降为506.4万,降低了51.3%。以上结果表明水蓄冷系统具有良好的“削峰填谷”作用和降低供冷电费的效果。The ice storage system,ice slurry cold storage system and water cold storage system were compared based on the cooling load and time-of-use tariff policy of 1#Energy Center of Pudong International Airport,and the water cold storage system was selected and optimized as energy storage plan.The water cold storage system and operation control plan were optimized,the operation of the water cold storage system in the largest load day,the partial load day and the low load day was analyzed,and the feasibility of the water cold storage plan was validated.Further,its economic analysis was made,the annual operating cost for cooling was reduced from 10.398 Million RMB to 5.063 Million RMB,i.e.,a reduction of 51.3%.Above results show that the water cold storage system can realize peak-load shifting effect and save the operating cost for cooling.
