摘　　要：目的:探讨一种治疗大面积瘢痕性秃发的更理想的治疗方案。方法:选取笔者医院2016年1月-2018年12月收治的77例大面积瘢痕性秃发的患者,综合考虑患者的性别、年龄、身体状况、本人期望值,瘢痕的面积、位置、硬度等特点以及供区的条件等,分别采取头皮扩张术结合毛囊单位移植技术(Follicular unit transplantation,FUT)及(或)毛囊单位提取技术(Follicular unit extraction,FUE)进行治疗。结果:77例大面积瘢痕性秃发患者术后均获得了比较满意的效果。结论:大面积瘢痕性秃发治疗难度大,但根据患者情况综合评估,将头皮扩张术和自体毛发移植术(FUT、FUE)灵活组合应用,均可获得比较满意的治疗效果。Objective To investigate a more ideal strategy to manage large cicatricial alopecia.Methods We selected 77 patients with large cicatricial alopecia who were treated in our hospital between January 2016 to December 2018.The According to the patients'sex,age,physical condition,expectations,and the size,location,and hardness of the scarring lesions,we treated with scalp expansion combined with FUT and/or FUE.Results After surgery 77 patients with large cicatricial alopecia achieved very satisfactory results.Conclusion It is difficult to treat large area cicatricial alopecia.But according to the comprehensive evaluation of patients,scalp expansion combined with autologous hair transplantation(FUT,FUE)can achieve satisfactory therapeutic effect.
