行整形美容手术个体的体像自我容纳度与心理稳态的关联性分析

摘　　要：目的:分析行整形美容手术个体的体像自我容纳度与心理稳态的关联性。方法:借助方便抽样的方式,2018年4月-2019年11月,选取笔者医院符合纳入与排除要求的84例行整形美容手术个体作为调研对象。向调研对象发放基础信息资料问卷、体像自我容纳度问卷、心理稳态评价问卷。结果:整形美容手术个体的体像自我容纳度总分为(42.0±3.1)分,各条目均值为(2.6±2.7)分。整形美容手术个体的心理稳态总分为(45.3±4.1)分,均值为(1.26±0.31)分。心理稳态问卷中各维度得分从高及低分别是容貌注重、自我形象紊乱、认知欠缺、精神情感困扰、行为困扰。根据相关分析结果表明,整形美容手术个体的体像自我容纳度总分及其各个维度分值与心理稳态及其各个维度分值之间呈现负向关联(P<0.05)。精神情感困扰与自我形象紊乱可作为个体的体像自我容纳度总变异的32.7%。自我容纳、自我分析可解释心理稳态总变异的25.9%。结论:整形美容手术个体对体像的自我容纳度与心理稳态水平处于中等水平,还有一定提升空间。两种因素存在一定关联性,交互影响。医护人员要扭转常规照护思路,从整形美容手术个体潜在的精神情感问题予以着手,帮助个体接纳自我体像,并给出科学的指导与帮助。Objective To analyze the relationship between the self accommodation of body image and the mental stability of individuals undergoing plastic surgery.Methods From April 2018 to November 2019,84 individuals who met the inclusion and exclusion requirements of plastic surgery were selected as the research objects.The basic information data questionnaire,body image self acceptance questionnaire and mental state evaluation questionnaire were distributed to the survey objects.Results The total score of self accommodation was(42.0±3.1)and the average score of each item was(2.6±2.7).The total score of psychological steady-state was(45.3±4.1),and the mean score was(1.26±0.31).The high and low scores of each dimension in the questionnaire of psychological stability are the attention to appearance,the disorder of self-image,the lack of cognition,the mental and emotional distress,and the behavioral distress.According to the results of correlation analysis,there was a negative correlation between the total score of body image self accommodation and the scores of each dimension,mental stability and each dimension(P<0.05).Mental and emotional distress and self-image disorder can be regarded as 32.7%of the total variation of body image self accommodation.Self accommodation and self analysis can explain 25.9%of the total variance of mental stability.Conclusion The level of self accommodation and mental stability of the individual in plastic surgery is in the middle level,and there is still room for improvement.In addition,there is a certain correlation between the two factors,and the interaction between them.The medical staff should change the thinking of routine care,start with the potential mental and emotional problems of the individual in plastic surgery,help the individual to accept their own body image,and give scientific guidance and help.
