摘　　要：目的:通过调查美容整形门诊手术患者对延续护理服务的需求,为美容整形门诊手术的围术期延续护理提供理论与实践依据。方法:本研究采用问卷调查法,由笔者医院3名外科护理专家共同设计调查问卷,由专业人员发放和回收,对多个与延续性护理相关的项目采用百分率进行统计并描述性分析。结果:本次共发放200份问卷,回收196份,有效率98.0%。美容整形门诊手术患者对延续护理服务完全不了解占58.7%,而83.2%的患者希望接受延续护理服务。对延续护理服务项目的需求患者关注度较高的是:术前术后随访与健康指导,占95.9%;术后出现不适该如何处理,占74.5%。患者最希望的服务形式是电话随访,占85.2%。结论:美容整形门诊手术患者对延续护理服务有广泛需求,应根据患者实际需求和健康教育的需要,建立健全相应的延续护理模式和护理团队,为患者制定个性化的延续护理服务方案。Objective Through investigating the needs of transitional care service for outpatients accepted cosmeticoperation,we provided theoretical and practical basis for perioperative transitional care service.Methods According to use a selfdesigned questionnaire to be distributed and recycled by professionals,we make a descriptive analysis of the percentage of a number of projects related to transitional care Service.Results 200 questionnaires were distributed and 196 were recovered,the effective rate was 98.0%.58.7%of patients in cosmetic surgeryhad no knowledge of transitional care service.83.2%of the patients wanted to receive continuing care services.The patient's concern about the needs of the transitional care service was:95.9%of the follow-up and health guidance pre-operation and post-operation,and 74.5%of the discomfort post-operation.The most desirable form of service was telephone follow-up,accounting for 85.2%.Conclusion The outpatients in the cosmetic and plastic surgery are widely required for the transitional care service.According to the actual needs of the patients and health education,the corresponding transitional care service mode and nursing team should be established,and the personalized transitional care Service should be formulated.
